Harvard National Model United Nations 2010

Representing the Italian Republic, 21 delegates from the FIU MUN Program- the largest FIU Delegation to ever participate at HNMUN- braved the snow and unforgiving February Boston weather to participate at HNMUN. Four FIU MUN delegates were recognized by the HNMUN Staff for their performances during committee session. They are as follows:

National Model United Nations Conference 2010

Delegates were assigned with representing the domestic and foreign policies of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This years team was comprised of 21 delegates and they were once again recognized as being an Outstanding Delegation. This marks the 5th straight year that FIU MUN has been recognized as an Outstanding Delegation and marks the longest consecutive Outstanding Delegation streak in FIU MUN history. What makes this accomplishment truly remarkable is not just that this years team was the largest delegation to win at NMUN; this years team was comprised of 14 first-year delegates, which is the largest ratio of first-year delegates to ever win the Outstanding Delegation Award.

Outstanding Delegate(s) in Committee

In addition to overall delegation awards, NMUN offers between two and five committee awards in each committee selected by popular vote of committee delegates (number based on size of committee). When voting for their peers, the NMUN Staff asks delegates to keep in mind that the conference believes outstanding delegates are those who cooperate and stay in the policy/character of their assigned member state. Recipients are announced at the final committee session.The following FIU MUN Delegates were recognized as being a the Most Outstanding Delegates in their respective committees:
