Director
Loren Vincent
Loren Vincent is a sophomore International Relations major at FIU looking to get her bachelors here and then attend law school. Alongside being on the FIU Model UN team, she is the Communications Director for the FIU ACLU club. She is very passionate about human rights and specifically relating to her club, helping people figure out voting, and civil liberties here since it’s pretty complicated. When she is not at school or at work, she loves listening to records (Beach House 75% of the time), journaling, or binge watching the one comfort show she has that changes every two years. She is a very big fan of cute cat or bunny videos and makes sure I get a good dosage of that everyday. She hopes everyone has a great time at FIMUN 37!
Chair
Liz'Angela Tillias
Liz transferred to FIU in Fall 2023 after obtaining her Associate at Valencia College in Orlando and is now a Senior double majoring in International Relations and Political Science with a Certificate in Pre-Law Skills And Professional Values. She was born and raised in Haiti where she got her love for politics and global affairs and subsequently Model UN. She usually enjoys reading, listening to Haitian Konpa and French Pop, going out with her friends, and competing at Model UN competitions; especially dual-del GAs but she has taken a break from it all to study for the LSAT and hopefully be on her way to law school next fall. She’s beyond excited to be your Chair for the UN Women committee at FIMUN 37!
