Director
Angie Zuleta
Angie Zuleta is a sophomore at FIU majoring in Political Science, International Relations, and Philosophy. As a Honduran with a Cuban palate and a love for Latin rock, it's no wonder she chose to study at the Hispanic Hotpot that is the 305's official public university. She's been involved in MUN since the 8th grade and since the beginning has loved all aspects of the activity, from travelling and meeting new people to solving real-world issues in GA and inciting fake problems in Crisis. Now serving as a Head Delegate for the collegiate team this year, she's excited to return to her FIMUN roots as a Director for the Sao Paulo Forum. Aside from MUN, Angie loves to talk about volleyball, personal philosophies of life, and her dogs. Really, make sure to mention her dog and she will definitely show you the many pictures of her adorable pet.
Chair
Natalie Alguera
Natalie Alguera (she/her) is a first-year student double majoring in Business Administration and Management and Public Relations, Advertisement, and Applied Communications on a Pre-Law track here at FIU. This is her first year on the FIU Model UN team, but she has been doing Model UN since her late junior year of high school, even competing in FIMUN 36! Aside from MUN, she is also part of FIU’s Honors College. She has a passion for entrepreneurship and fashion: she currently owns her own online jewelry business, Alguera Jewelry. She loves exploring new cultures and concepts, having already gone to eleven countries, and dreaming of adding Brazil to the list. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is currently working on her French. She loves all things dance, volunteerism, health and wellness, and music! She looks forward to making your FIMUN 37 experience an educational, collaborative, and fun one, just like she was able to have in high school as a delegate a year ago.
