Alliances will collide and unfurl and battles will be hard fought as delegates compete to control the desert planet from the clutches of the Harkonnens and lead the Fremen to victory.

Hello everyone, your chair’s name is Marco Garcia and he is so excited to be your chair! He is a Junior majoring in Biomedical Engineering and plans on going into law school. He’s from a small town in central Florida called Montverde where he lived for most of his life. He started MUN in high school and was a member of the FIU college team in his first two semesters. Since then he has taken a back seat to focus on his major, but has had the pleasure of being a chair for the past two FIMUNs. He can’t wait to have another great conference this year!

Conor Moore
Conor Moore is a current junior studying economics. He is part of several clubs on campus, such as FIU’s student radio station and is the news director for FIU’s student media organization, PantherNOW. He’s also a part of the Jack D. Gordon Institute’s Intelligence Fellowship Program, where he is pursuing a certificate in Intelligence Analysis.

Camila Ramirez Fayad
Camila Ramirez Fayad (She/Her) is a Political Science and International Relations Student with a minor in Religious Studies. She is currently working towards certifications in Middle East and Muslim world studies, Human Rights and Political Transition, as well as Law, Ethics, and Society. Camila has previously chaired the Ad-Hoc Committee at FIMUN and staffed the Taylor Swift Committee at Gatormun 2024. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending all her money on music festivals, concerts, and Doc Martens. Camila discovered Model UN in her second year of university and has fallen in love with the program and its community. With her Co-Director Conor, she is looking forward to your actions to influence the committee for better or worse...
